Terms and Conditions
Please read the invoicing, conditions and cancellation policy prior to submitting the online registration form.
Invoicing:
Payment will be required on receipt of our invoice which is auto generated upon online registration. Payment must be made no later than one week before the workshop starts, or immediately for bookings made within the one week of the beginning of the course.
Before submitting your online registration, be certain that you will be attending the workshop as submission of the online form is confirmation of your participation as your slot will be automatically reserved. You will be entered into the debtors database until payment is received when your status will be changed to paid. Any invoice generated shall not be cancelled.
Conditions:
We reserve the right to change details of the programme. Whilst every effort has been made to verify the accuracy of the information presented at the workshop, neither IIEA nor its affiliates can accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by any person on this information.
Cancellations:
Bookings may be cancelled at any time up to 10 days before the start of the workshop and a refund will be made, less a 30 percent administration fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after that date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted at any time in place of the person booked. If IIEA has to cancel the event for any reason, a full refund will be made.
IIEA accepts no liability if any workshop event does not take place for whatever reason.
