The Insurance Institute of East Africa (IIEA) Executive Certificate portfolio provides focused professional development across key areas of insurance and related financial services. Designed for professionals at different stages of their careers, the programmes combine specialist knowledge with practical application to strengthen technical, analytical, managerial and professional capability.
The portfolio covers a growing range of specialist areas, including insurance broking, microinsurance, digital insurance and other technical and emerging areas of professional practice. Programmes are developed to respond to evolving industry needs and to equip participants with relevant capabilities that can be applied within their organisations and across increasingly dynamic insurance and financial services markets.
Executive Certificates within the portfolio are developed and issued by IIEA or delivered through recognised international professional pathways, depending on the individual programme. Where a programme carries external professional recognition, accreditation or a pathway to professional membership, this is clearly identified on the relevant programme page.
For eligible programmes with an ANZIIF pathway, successful completion may provide progression towards ANZIIF Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) membership, subject to the applicable ANZIIF recognition and membership requirements.
